Water Removal

24 Hour Emergency Response

When your family faces an emergency, we answer the call! Our trained staff will gather the required information to dispatch our certified professionals to your location.

This is the FIRST step in getting back to normal!

Because every situation is unique, once you contact us, one of our professionals will gather your information,

such as:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Your insurance information
  • Street address of the affected location
  • When the water damage occurred
  • What caused the water damage (if known)
  • Does the affected site have electricity?

Professional & Detailed Inspection

The next step is a detailed inspection of the property to determine the extent of the damage and make

a specific action plan.

Upon arrival, we will determine:

  • The location of the water source
  • The type of water involved
Clear Water - Fresh potable water
Grey Water - Dishwasher ,Toilet, etc.
    Black Water - Hazardous Sewage
  • The extent of the water damage

Water Removal

The water removal process will begin almost immediately to minimize secondary water damage! Depending on the severity of the situation, submersible pumps, industrial grade wet/dry vacuums will be used to extract most of the water!

Drying & Dehumidifying

Your floors and walls may look dry at first, but they are still wet to the touch. Most building materials, like drywall and wood, are porous and will retain significant water. The retained water will cause these materials to warp, swell, or break down and can also cause mold damage.

This is the stage where we begin using industrial-grade dehumidifiers & high-speed air movers to remove all remaining moisture.

This is the final process of restoring your home or business to its pre-water damaged condition. Restoration may involve minor repairs, such as installing new carpet, replacing drywall, or may involve major repairs, such as the reconstruction of various areas or rooms in a home or business.
